The Sector Lead is responsible for leadership and management of the assigned business area for SII. It is this position's responsibility to ensure that there is alignment between the assigned sector and the SII team. Providing guidance on priorities for solution development is a key responsibility for this role. Additionally, the Sector Lead provides direction for the go to market strategy for SII solutions within the Sector. This position will have a dual reporting structure with direct line reporting to the Business Unit, and Matrix reporting to the VP of SII.
The Sector Lead will act in an industry leadership role, representing B&V and SII in an internal and external capacity. This role has P&L responsibility for the Business Unit's results within SII. This includes development of a strategy to achieve new business goals, responsibility for financial results, and client relationship management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Financial Performance for SII within the assigned Business Unit
• Staff Management of Assigned Professionals
• Sector Relationship Management
• Sector Solution Prioritization
• Sector Client Engagement Plan
• Support Business Unit Budget and Forecast Management
• Participate in Overhead Management
