Our client is a leading manufacturer, installer and service provider of windows and doors, established since 1973. They have an enviable production plant equipped with high levels of efficiency and effectiveness throughout, all operating within ISO 9000 parameters producing both PVC-U and aluminium products.

As part of their continued expansion across the UK they are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to support their commercial function.

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the various departments, maintain accurate records and reports, prepare letters, correspondence and documents in an accurate and timely manner.

You will also be responsible for carrying out all general administration to a high standard.

Person Specification:
The successful candidate will be competent in utilising both in house database systems and other standard IT Packages such as Word, EXCEL and Microsoft Outlook.
Working within a busy team environment, you will be responsible for maintaining business service levels, whilst also being able to work under pressure and must be able to work effectively using your own initiative.

Preferred Skills include:-
• Good telephone manner
• Experience working in an administration position previously is preferred
• Strong IT skill
• Ability to communicate at various levels
• Good organisation skills
• Attention to detail is essential
• Motivated and proactive work ethic
