Associate Director - Warwickshire - Planning Consultancy|
£40,000-£55,000 + car allowance, bonus scheme, contributory pension
An established planning consultancy is growing their town planning department with the addition of an exceptional Associate Director to their Warwickshire offices. Ideal applicants will have a background at Associate Planner level and be looking to take the next step in their Town Planning career.
The Associate Director will take on a project management role for a variety of planning projects, including development appraisals, preparing/negotiating applications of all types and undertaking appeals in Warwickshire and the Midlands. This includes small and large scale residential, commercial and recreational developments for private individuals, housing associations, developers and corporate clients. As such, it is an essential requirement that the Associate Director will have experience within this area. You will undertake client presentations and play a key role in generating new business with existing and new clients.
The Associate Director will have a minimum of 7 years post RTPI qualification experience and have a passion and desire to lead and develop an established planning team. You will have proven track record of handling a busy, often complex, case load and the ability to assist in the supervision of professional and support staff. Private sector experience is essential as is experience of presenting evidence at Hearings and Public Inquiries.
