You have the opportunity to join an exciting specialist FM and technical security related organisation in the role of Service Delivery Director. Our client owns the delivery and compliance of facilities management and security services at over 25,000 properties across the UK. Due to expansion plans our client is well placed to grow in the future and as such is looking to strengthen the management team with the appointment of a Service Delivery Director.|
Based from Kent you will be responsible for operations managed from two offices Kent and Bristol. You will be responsible for the leadership and operational delivery via the Account Management and administrative teams in in Kent and Bristol. This role will be pivotal in providing operational certainty to their customer base, driving improved efficiencies and service performance that ultimately contributes towards the growth of our client.
You will focus on proactively reviewing current processes, you will seek to challenge all operational managers and their support teams to improve their processes. You will closely monitor supplier performance and work closely with the finance function based in Kent.
The successful candidate will have experience managing a large and diverse team. You will be able to demonstrate leadership and taking ownership. You will have a successful and stable track record with experience of owning key client relationships. You will have proven success in raising standards in all areas under your remit. Providing effective leadership through engagement consultations and innovative concepts. You will be a natural leader and have excellent communication and people skills. You will be dynamic and eager to progress within this growing business.
