Position: Project Architect or Senior Project Architect|
Location: Shoreditch, London

Salary: £40k - £50k depending on experience
Located just a short walk from Shoreditch station this internationally based architects practice have offices in the UK, Australia and China with 85 years` experience in the market. With strong design principles and values, they enjoy pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the design and construction process. With projects in sectors such as healthcare, commercial, culture and arts, education and urban design and an office of 30 staff in the London they pride themselves on good quality architecture. Working in a creative and collaborative working environment, where ideas sharing is welcomed as opposed to one Director making all the decisions, you can expect to have a fresh approach to working life.
The position is for a Project Architect or Senior Project Architect with emphasis on the technical side of the construction process. You will be responsible for being the main point of contact for the contractors and clients, technical detailing and working drawing packages, onsite coordination and liaising with M&E and structural engineers. The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
- Experience running projects from Stage 4 to handover
- A good technical understanding and knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Understanding of Revit software essential
- Management experience and the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
You will also have the opportunity to travel to one of the international offices if that would be something of interest. They regularly have employees spending time in the other offices worldwide if you want to experience something different!
