Servest have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Human Resource Business Partner -Who will be dedicated to a business division. As HR Business Partner you`ll be part of the business division leadership team, partnering with senior leaders to design, develop and deliver an integrated, comprehensive solution-focussed People. This enables effective delivery of the commercial Business growth to ensure the People Plan delivers effective solutions which bring strategic value to overall business performance. Main Responsibilities

- As a member of the HR team, deliver enterprise-wide HR support, services to Servest employees and, specifically, HR guidance and advice to a dedicated business Division.
- Work closely with the leadership team to understand their business strategies and plans in order to help develop the enabling HR strategies and plans to support business milestones and commercial goals.
- Support leaders in managing the HR aspects of the dedicated business Division
- Program contracts including, Staffing, TUPE Transfers, Employee/ TU relations, Organisation, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development in partnership with HR functional specialists.
- Advice on the interpretation and application of HR processes and policies and support the process dedicated business Division to create and delivers employee capability.
- Support the delivery of a people culture, processes and climate for high quality business delivery.
- To support the HR Change Management initiatives to deliver `Servest value and expertise.
- Participate on Servest HR special projects or teams as needed to review and improve on delivery of HR processes and policies.
- Deliver a climate of trust and employee engagement which investigates employee concerns or complaints, develops resolutions, and counsels employees on a wide spectrum of matters including career and development opportunities.
- This is a new role, therefore we`re looking for an experienced HR professional, Junior HR Partner- preferably from a similar sized organisation - who has the ability to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders and steer their engagement to ensure a successful integration.

As Human Resource Business Partner you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

- University level degree with a professional HR qualification (CIPD qualified).
- Proven track record delivering HR Business Partner services and support ideally with a FM sector and or with strong TUPE background.
- Demonstrated resilience and maturity to operate in a stand-alone environment.
- Demonstrated experience of working in a complex, matrix business to deliver HR business partner support.
- Demonstrated experience of supporting HR change management programmes to support business initiatives and change.
- Subject matter expertise in general and UK specific HR policies, practices and legal framework.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work within the challenges and complexity of a commercial environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility of approach and ability to work in a multi-functional team environment.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills, including IT skills and demonstrated ability to organise, manipulate and present HR and business information.
- Proven track record of influencing skills and decision making to deliver HR support and services in a complex and challenging environment.
