£25,000k - £30,000k (dependant on level of experience)

The Company:

Our client is one of the country's largest privately owned house builders, providing new homes across the North West, Midlands and South of England, and currently have the need for an experienced Customer Care Administrator to work their Bedford office.

The Role (but not limited to):

The key responsibilities of the role are dealing with incoming communications from customers, logging telephone calls and monitoring progress. You will arrange for contractors to attend home visits and order materials plus general administration. Successful applicants will be well organised, self motivated individuals and possess good communication skills for this fast paced environment.

Skills / Requirements:

It is desirable you have customer service experience within an office environment, ideally in the building industry. You will be able to multitask, prioritise your workload and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.

You will have good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel. An excellent telephone manner with good typing skills are also essential for this role.

Ideally you would have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role due to the requirement of the client.
