Our client is one of the UK's most reputable M&E contractors who have been established for over 60 years and currently turn over in excess of £70m a year.

Due to securing a number of very prestigious commercial projects in the North West, they are now looking to add to their operational teams.
Our client work on Hotels, Student Accommodation, Schools, Leisure centres, Universities ranging in value from £1M - £20M.

As a Mechanical Project Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

-Managing Health & Safety on site through the production, implementation and management of the project HESQ Plan
-Managing multiple teams of site operatives
-Managing projects to completion on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality.
-Management and delivery of projects in line with client expectations and specifications
-Build and maintain customer relationships.
-Strong consistent operational delivery ability
-Management of suppliers and sub-contractors as required
-Contract tender and delivery programming
-Management of all commercial aspects to the project
-Review of the Estimate/Tender for the project, in conjunction with the project team, to fully determine and understand the conditions, requirements, deliverables, risks and liabilities of the works as defined and awarded by the Client.
-Early assessment of meaningful innovative solutions
-Produce and maintain Design Management plan and monitor as required scheme approval and construction drawing status
-Assessment and organisation of the resources necessary to execute the project in a safe, efficient and profitable manner.
- Progress reporting and meetings
-Ensure the accurate and efficient provision of Contract Valuation Performance reports monthly to senior management in accordance with company procedures.
-Attend internal project close out meetings and implement any improvement measures that arise.

You will;

-Ideally at least 5 years managerial experience in a similar role with a national MEP contractor
-Proven track record of depth of experience in given field of expertise.
-Good understanding of MEP technical issues.
-Experience in managing a team
-Project delivery range from 1 million - 20 million
