Position: Office Administrator|
Location: London (Waterloo)
Contract: 2-4 weeks

Our client, very well established company in the construction sector, is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their team in London for a short term contract work.
Your role will involve three main tasks.
• Document control: looking after all paperwork, scanning, filing, archiving etc.
• Office management: general admin duties
• Data Entry
• Previous experience within an office environment is not necessary, but could be an advantage
• 3rd level degree
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Energetic and enthusiastic individual
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent phone manner
