Great opportunity for an experienced 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to join a well-respected and established IT Company. This role will offer the opportunity to work with some very prestigious Clients and provides excellent support and career development. |
You will be responsible for providing in-depth, high quality technical support to managed service clients, managing and monitoring remote systems and virtual environments. This will include designing and implementing additional virtual environments for new customers, working closely with the service delivery team to implement solutions (building of rack mounted servers and software installation), and ensure that all project documentation is kept up to date. Other responsibilities will include pre-sales support and design for new solutions when required. This is an internally-based role with occasional client visits.
The successful candidate will need experience in a similar 3rd line technical support role with excellent knowledge of Exchange, Windows Server and Office 365. You will be have excellent trouble shooting skills and be able to work well unsupervised, be self-motivated and have a desire for learning new technologies.
