Our client, based outside Edenbridge, is looking for a 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Technician to join their team.|
The successful candidate will be trained in the use of the company's in-house developed software suite and applications / solutions to provide:
Frontline client support of existing software applications directly and indirectly with clients.
In-house testing of developed systems
Maintain support environment and systems
General in-house IT support
Through proving yourself in this role, you will have an opportunity of a career path into a senior role, where responsibilities would include the design and development of applications and solutions using the company's in-house development suite.
The ideal candidate will:
Be analytical, and with an aptitude to understand business processes
Have a good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
Be a good communicator, which is an essential part of this role
Be able to work as part of a team
Be capable of acting on own initiative
Show enthusiasm for their work, and have a drive to succeed
Have an aptitude for understanding the use of new software applications
The typical hours are 9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri, but some flexibility maybe needed on occasions.
Own transport is required due to location
