It's a matter of couple of years for you to work as an individual contributor for building a robust framework using Selenium WebDriver with C# Selenium SpecFlow. While you are at it, the team will be offering training in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter etc.
The role has a lot to offer!! Now it's YOU who needs to show proficiency at:
- Building or improvising automation frameworks in Selenium C# SpecFlow/Nunit
- Defining acceptance criteria for a user story or a test case
- Creating manual test cases from scratch and then translating them to a TEST CODE
- Comfortably working in a SCRUM style and participating in releases
