Our client is a leading serviced office provider in central London and is currently growing the number of locations they have in London zones 1 and 2. They are seeking a self motivated, dynamic problem solver to join their IT Team and take full ownership of the service delivery.
In this role you will be responsible for streamlining and managing the performance of services to both clients and suppliers internally and externally to ensure service levels are achieved.
As service delivery manager you will report directly into the Head of IT and have a variety of duties that will include; delivery management; ensuring SLA`s are achieved ensuring clients needs are met. Reporting desk performance and capacity management. Health and Safety; comply with the companies H&S policies. Manage projects relating to the business centres and HQ.
The ideal applicant will be a natural self starter and take responsibility for their own learning and development keeping on top of all issues that may arise. To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience within service delivery management looking after IT and Telecommunications especially.
