Do you have IT helpdesk experience? Are you available immediately? Have you got your own transport?

If yes, then this maybe the role for you. Our client is looking for a candidate to be able to provide assistance and advice for staff, including Microsoft Office Suite, internet and email applications.

Responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring that common resolutions have been attempted before escalating a call

- Allocating requests to the appropriate member of the IT Services team relaying
key information

- Tracking and monitoring progress of the support call

- Updating customer on progress

- Promote good customer service by ensuring timely and accurate responses to all helpdesk calls

- Referring queries to the IT Helpdesk Manager where appropriate

- To develop and maintain the Helpdesk KnowledgeBase
