Reporting Systems Analyst (Sales/CRM)|
Exciting permanent opportunity with a leading IT Re-seller/Managed Service provider.
My client cares passionately about two things: outstanding employee satisfaction and world-class customer service. They believe the former drives the latter. They know that in order to have happy customers, they first need to have happy employees.
About the role
Based in our Systems Team you will take end to end technical ownership of the systems, data and reporting that supports our Renewals business. You will be required to quickly develop an understanding of the existing landscape and high level business requirements and, subsequently, will work with key business and technical contacts in order to scope, detail and drive the implementation of improvement packages.
You will have a background in technical business analysis focused on application and reporting development. You must be able to engage non-technical business stakeholders by having the ability to present the principles of a solution and the supporting rationale in simple terms as well as being able to produce top quality technical requirements specifications for passing over to the development teams.
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
* 4+ years in a Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Data Analyst role
* Proven track record of complex system analysis and solution design
* At ease chairing / running workshop sessions
* Demonstrable UML skills or similar
* BCS in Requirements Engineering or similar
* Advanced Excel
* Basic data manipulation skills (using eg MS Excel, Access, SQL)
* Experience of working with Sales, Product and Pricing systems
Why work for us?
We only hire brilliant, positive, passionate people and then we keep them that way! How? By offering endless opportunity for progression, development, training and ensuring we recognise and reward hard work. You can be assured you'll be working with a fantastic team, managers who nurture and support (but also let you get on with your job!) and a leadership team that genuinely values your contribution.
