We are very proud to be working with a well established and growing local organisation in their search for Web Developer. This is a great opportunity for you to learn new technologies and also have an input into influencing the shape of client work and technical strategy of the company going forward.

Due to rapid growth my client requires a motivated additional Front End Developer to join their fun and experienced team. You will need to possess a real eye for the art of design as you will be incorporating this with the art of programming.

Key responsibilities include

Develop new user-facing features

Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Optimise application for maximum speed and scalabilty

Collate with other team members and stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications required

Testing your own cross browser work

Excellent understanding of HTML,CSS and Javascript is a must

To understand CSS pre-processors, such as SASS or LESS

Understanding of client -side scripting and Javascript frameworks

Knowledge of cross browser capability issues and how to work around them

Proficient understanding of code version control tools, Git is preferable

Have a solid knowledge of SEO principles to ensure that applications will adhere to them
