Working within a busy equipment hire department, a Contract Administrator is required to perform data input and updates in Microsoft Excel. The role will also involve customer contact by both phone and email.

Contract Administrator Requirements:

- Previous knowledge working with Microsoft Excel
- Good inter-personal and communications skills for effective customer liaison
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to input and update data accurately

Contract Administrator Responsibilities:

- Ensuring customer orders and returns are accurately tracked
- Maintaining records of stock inventory
- Liaising with both internal staff and customers concerning product shipments and returns
- Communicating via both email and telephone
