Application Support Analyst is required by our client based in London, to work with the Application Support team within the IT Department. To be responsible for investigating, diagnosing, resolving and recording issues and incidents on our client's existing database. You will also be involved in project work.|
Candidates applying for this position should have a demonstrable background in Change Management, Problem and Incident Management, Configuration Management and Project Work, supporting as many of the following technologies as possible; Windows OS, Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008, Networking Technologies & Protocols, VoIP/SIP & PBX and Mobile Device Management. It would be desirable that you have experience of working within an ITIL environment.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate, who is eager to learn and pick things up quickly and to get on with the task at hand, working across a range of Technical Platforms and Applications. You must have strong written language, with experience in technical document writing and strong customer service skills
