Client Service Manager

Client Service Manager required to join a leading Investment Management Software company based in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Client Service Manager who is looking to progress within this role to boost their career and become the Head of Client Services within a leading investment management software vendor and work for some of the most exciting clients within the financial industry. The Client Service Manager will manage teams across two locations, one in the UK and one in the US, so there is an element of travel.

As a well-established and successful company they are able to offer a great training programme which gives the Client Service Manager a unique opportunity for personal development and the ability to gain in-depth knowledge of a broad range of areas within the investment management industry.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked within an investment management software house and would have consultancy experience and would have also worked in support

Responsibilities of the Client Support Manager includes:

* Heading up the Client Service Function
* Working around Supporting the system
* Being accountable for the people on your team
* Being able to escalate issues
* Create and maintain good relationships with clients.
* Consultancy assistance at client site in relation to the product will also be part of the role.
* Involvement in the non-technical part of client upgrades of the product
* To adhere to the company's rules and regulations (i.e. written and implied), and any changes or introductions, which may vary from time to time as deemed appropriate.
* Liaising with other Head of departments and senior managers

Required experience/qualities of the Client Support Manager:

* Excellent problem solving skills and a solution focused attitude.
* Experience heading up or managing or leading a client service team within the investment management software sector
* Being accountable for the people on your team
* Being able to escalate issues
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Methodical, hardworking, and able to work well under pressure.
* Enthusiastic, committed and result-oriented.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel both within the UK, EU and Middle East.
* Interested to work in an open and multicultural environment with a combination of IT, finance and business processes.
