Manufacture complex components, fabrications and sub-assemblies that are used to build market leading scientific instruments around the World.
An immediate requirement for a Conventional Turner. Machining in stainless steel, with an aptitude to work out some basic maths from a drawing. The workload will mainly contain small scale precision machining. Some milling would be an advantage.

It would be beneficial if you have skills associated with turning high value components, produced from mainly stainless steel and exotic materials. It would be beneficial to have experience of ProtoTrak milling controls. You must be able to work on own initiative and be able to check own work.
The minimum pay rate for this position is £11 per hour. However, the client may pay up to £14 per hour for a candidate who can meet all key requirements and abilities. The contract duration will likely be up until end of December 2016. Overtime hours available, including Saturdays, as required.
