HR Global Analysis and Improvement leads and directs continuous improvement related activities that analyse performance, and systematically identify, prioritise, plan and execute improvements for the HR Function.
An exciting opportunity now exists for a Lead Change Management with accountability for the development and execution of the global change management strategy and integrated change, culture and communications plans associated with the deployment of HR Projects globally.
Both full-time and flexible work arrangements will be considered for this position.
Reporting to the Manager HR Global Projects, your key accountabilities will include:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Your track record is impressive and includes significant experience in change management leadership roles in complex transformation and simplification projects, ideally in a multi disciplined global environment. With strong experience in the development and execution of detailed knowledge transfer programs, leveraging a variety of modes and methods including remote training, you will thrive on improving the performance of people and the operations to lead them to create positive change through strong program uptake.
Proactive, credible and influential, you relate well with people, communicating confidently and building strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

As this role has global responsibility and scope location of the successful candidate is negotiable.
