The Opportunity

HR Global Analysis and Improvement leads and directs continuous improvement related activities that analyse performance, and systematically identify, prioritise, plan and execute improvements for the HR Function.

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Lead Change Management with accountability for the development and execution of the global change management strategy and integrated change, culture and communications plans associated with the deployment of HR Projects globally.

Both full-time and flexible work arrangements will be considered for this position.

Reporting to the Manager HR Global Projects, your key accountabilities will include:
  • Develop and execute the global change management strategy associated with the deployment, embedment and user uptake of HR global projects
  • Create and co-ordinate the execution of change, culture and communications plans to support project deployment and uptake
  • Consult and engage with HR Project Teams, HR Sub-function leads and teams to ensure on-going alignment with the global projects change strategy, impacts and change plans
  • Consults and engages with Global Asset Services (GAS) PMO Change Lead to ensure on-going alignment with the GAS change activities, impacts and plans
  • Provide input to the Manager HR Global Projects and HR project teams to ensure project change risks are identified and appropriately mitigated.


Your track record is impressive and includes significant experience in change management leadership roles in complex transformation and simplification projects, ideally in a multi disciplined global environment. With strong experience in the development and execution of detailed knowledge transfer programs, leveraging a variety of modes and methods including remote training, you will thrive on improving the performance of people and the operations to lead them to create positive change through strong program uptake.

Proactive, credible and influential, you relate well with people, communicating confidently and building strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

A tertiary degree or equivalent is required and experience with Agile project methodology will be an advantage.

As this role has global responsibility and scope location of the successful candidate is negotiable.
