Job Purpose Within this role, the successful candidate will be expected to provide high quality, innovative, technical support for Security Product’s diversified customer base through the provision of telephone, email or field support; logging the issues on behalf of the customer. The role also requires the successful candidate to provide commissioning and related services to the customer inclusive of fault finding.
