We are looking for a TSMs across the UK to educate clients and drive online sales expansion for the company. We are in the process of interviewing candidates who have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience (such as working in recruitment agencies, online advertising, job boards or technical sales) and who have experience generating new business and growing their accounts. A strong candidate will have excellent communication skills, consistent work ethic and a desire to be a part of a new blended recruitment company that provides a leading edge job board and traditional professional search services. How You Work Responsibilities: Marketing job advertising services to SME, large Enterprise-level organisations and Government Organisations. Conduct telesales, face to face visits, live product demonstrations and webinars educating clients on our products Identify revenue opportunities across the market Analyse and present monthly analytics reports to advertisers Develop industry relationships in order to promote our products in the market Requirements: Engineering degree or minimum of 5 years relevant experience (such as working in recruitment agencies, online advertising, Job boards or with Google AdWords) Has experience marketing to large and medium-sized and corporate organisations Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills Ability to quickly learn new processes Experience with an online CRM is ideal Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities Passion to educate and close deals quickly Is metrics-oriented, organised and has a need to win Work from homeThis is a commission only role OTE part time 30k Full Time 60kCommissions paid weeklyWe provide and pay for all telephone calls via supplied home phone system This opportunity is open to anyone regardless of age, race, gender and sexual orientation.
