This is NOT the usual pure-commission, high-risk, high-turnover sales opportunity. The Business Development Associate opportunity starts as a fully-immersive training program where the new hire learns all about the IT industry that we operate within, the consultative relationship-building sales process they'll be guiding prospects through, how to use all the amazing resources at their disposal, and how to develop a territory (and really, a business of their own). At around the 4-month mark they move into an Account Manager position and are off and running with the best of both worlds...essentially the keys to their own franchise but with a world of support around them to help them be as successful as possible as quickly as possible. The BDA's ResponsibilitiesParticipating in our modular training program, including role-playing and Q&A activities to practice and refine your skills with the goal of becoming an Account NA leads for Account Managers by targeted prospecting; proactively contacting a customer base and qualifying prospects, presenting features, functions and benefits of our service NA a positive relationship with new clients in order to facilitate future NA a prescribed sales prospecting and selling NA with Account Managers and other sales staff; communicate the necessary information to properly disclose and disposition NA information and researching companies by using our company CRM NA and participating in client conference calls, fact finding and business development NA in sales team meetings, and preparing activity NA meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
