Kaycan Ltd., a leading manufacturer and distributor of building products in Canada, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Champion in our Scarborough, ON branch. This is a Full Time Temporary position to work Monday to Friday daytime only. Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Receive and process customer orders via phone and with walk-in customersProvide excellent customer service by processing orders accurately and on a timely basis; provide information to customers; take a pro-active stance in up-selling and product NA sales lead follow-up by generating price NA with warehouse personnel to insure proper picking and delivery of product is what the customer has NA and control all branch reporting systems and proceduresApply the credit policyMake personal collection calls to outstanding accountsReview and manage personnel time sheets for payroll The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: • A team player with excellent customer service skills;• 2-5 years experience in a similar role including in-person customer service and supervising experience;• Attention to detail and strong data entry skills;• Very good computer skills and experience with MS Office, Data Entry and Databases;• Well-organized;• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment We offer:• Competitive salary package• Excellent training programs;• Opportunities for advancement;• Stimulating and fast paced work environment *We are an equal opportunity employer.
