Job Description:

Knew Sales Group is currently looking for an outgoing Sales program manager with excellent communication skills and proven team management experience. If this sounds like you, this may be the perfect position for you. You will be responsible for driving a talented team of sales representatives who promote and sell telecom, financial, and/or energy services. Responsibilities• Manage an assigned geographic sales area in Vancouver and product lines to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.• Developing sales strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and growing market share of the Sales program.• Implementing sales programs as per the standard operating procedures, established business practices, and various corporate initiatives of Knewsales Group.• Build, compensate, coach, lead, appraise, and train the sales team for the assigned program in the field of financial and telecom products.• Setting sales targets for individual sales associates as well as for the entire team and achieving it through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.• Managing the performance of the sales teams by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, periodical sales meetings, and innovative new techniques. Qualifications and Experience • Undergraduate university degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.• Diploma/Certificate course in Marketing Management (asset).• A Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably face-to-face.• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.• Ability to analyze data and convey findings to Senior Management.• Good Team Player.
