Reporting to the Manager, Hospitality Outlets,The Hospitality supervisor has an extremely important role in providing the overall winning guest experience. The Hospitality supervisor will over sees the day to day operations of a specific locations. As a supervisor you will be expected to engage the staff by leading from the front. The expectation is that Hospitality supervisors are visible to guests so that they can effectively coach and mentor production staff. The Hospitality supervisor will provide the tools and embody the core company values for the environment in which the production staff can be the most productive in. The Hospitality supervisor is available to the staff to answer questions with in their scope and help out when needed. Own It! In this role, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to: NA and maintain service quality standards as established by department NA the company Core Values NA a consistent level of service delivery from all personnel NA attentive to guests needs. Recognize when guests needs are not being met and take corrective action NA that Liquor License Act is strictly adhered to NA servers in monitoring alcohol consumption by guests conduct assessments and cut off procedures as required NA in service planning and organization of group and special functions. NA team members in Food Safety, Guest Experience and Productivity NA Food Safety and Quality Standards are being met at all times Qualifications: Be All In! We are seeking talented individuals with:•An unadulterated passion for great food, beverages and exceptional service•Extensive knowledge on how to handle conflict•Knowledge of Payroll practices•Knowledge of Scheduling•Knowledge of Hospitality Operations•Knowledge of POS and Computers•Proficient in Health & Safety standard•Able to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and guests Listen and Connect •Able to anticipate guests needs WOW Every guest•Ability to forecast for trends in business Own It •Ability to admit you don't know the right answer all the time Own It•Ability to know where to look or research where to find the right answer Be Bold•Ability to communicate effectively in person on the phone and by e-mail Listen and Connect •The ability to interpret a contract and ad here and enforce it - Be Bold•Ability to coach team members in all facets of Hospitality Listen and Connect Trust our Team •Ability to organize workloads and set priorities accordingly All In•Ability to respond to emergency situations in a timely manner •Must be able to maintain and create a positive winning attitude in themselves and others •1-2 years experience supervising or managing/ supervising a diverse staff in the Hospitality field or •4- 5 years Supervisor/management experience in a related field •Post-Secondary Education
