You will be responsible for managing the processing and fulfillment of orders, ensuring product is shipped to our customers. You possess the skills to enter accurate orders into our ERP system, from telephone calls, and emails. You will speak to clients and warehouse partners on a daily basis to confirm orders and assist with tracking orders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Process incoming orders from Winners and Amazon Communicate with warehouse partners to ensure orders are being packed and shipped efficiently, and service levels are maintainedMaintain fast order turn-around timeMonitor EDI integrationExpedite/Prioritize processes to escalate orders and issuesProperly input orders into our system to ensure inventory levels are properly maintainedWork with sales team on monitoring and expediting credit holds/credit issues REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Minimum 2 years' experience inputting purchase orders and generating reports through NA to detail and meticulous character a must!Good mathematical skillsStrong organizational skillsPassionate and positive attitudeVery Strong communication skills - both written and verbalClear command of the English language in order to communicate with customers over the phone and through emailStrong initiativeExperience in the wholesale/retail industry an assetAbility to work independentlyDetailed knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel Trend Marketing welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
