Job Description:

We are a boutique sales & marketing company for our client TELUS Communications that has been experiencing dramatic growth since it started in 2005. This is because our face to face approach and personal customer touch is bringing better results than our clients could have hoped for. We have recently expanded into the Victoria area and are hiring entry level candidates for customer service or sales roles transitioning to a team lead/management role. Our hope though, is not to build bodies simply because we need staff in the Victoria area. We want to expand our sales team with partners and friends that will let us keep the same company culture we love in our other locations. So we are looking for goal oriented positive candidates who always see the glass half full and really want to make a difference. Team members we work with are dedicated to the clients' goals, and we are dedicated to the goals of our team members. That's why we entry level representatives into a management role as we continue to grow instead of hiring a suit for the job. Primary Responsibilities: Customer service & SalesRespond to customers' inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issuesAssess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutionsMaintain and update customer service database appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactionsQuickly, pleasantly, and professionally work with customers to answer questions, de-escalate problems, and determine an agreeable resolution to a customer's problemFollow through to ensure a level of service that presents an overwhelming positive customer service experience Marketing & ManagementImpact marketing and sales results by developing, supporting and executing field marketing and segment NA appointed Marketing campaigns with customer acquisitions and NA with various corporate/field marketing managers to determine appropriate customized strategies for various market NA coordination and project management to ensure event success We've found that having customer service experience is extremely valuable for our company. People skills aren't something that we train; however, it is something our team members have in common.
