Reporting directly to the CEO the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee and contribute fully to the development of operational strategy across multiple departments. You are an expert in process engineering and management and have experience reviewing the current state of the business and implementing best practices to increase capabilities, grow the business and improve overall process. Lead all Canadian day to day operations, supervise the team's output and troubleshoot problems and issues while driving operational efficiency and process Develop a deep understanding of company's work flow from end to end, recommend and implement strategies for improvement Analyze financial performance for strategic business decisions and advice on financial issues including planning, analysis and budgeting Develop the talent and culture by inspiring and shaping goals, behaviours and values from the top to creating a winning team that corresponds with core values. Your background in Systems Order Management, process and CRM mapping and implementation will be an asset to this organization.
