Job Description:

Years Experience â€" 1-3 yearsRequirements End-user training experience Superior communication, interpersonal and telephone skills Ability to anticipate and solve problems Customer service mindset College or university degree in Information Technology and/or equivalent work experience Exposure to mobile and web applications Experience analyzing logs and using log analysis tools for troubleshooting issues. Familiar with and skilled in .Net C#, Dynamics CRM, Python, SQL, XML, JavaScript and HTML. Familiar with working with all Microsoft Desktop and Server OS environments. Experience using a CRM Previous experience in providing customer support is highly desired, especially for software and technical services. Previous experience with ticketing systems and knowledge base systems is an asset. A proactive attitude towards issue resolution and overall quality improvement. Ability to be on call during releases or as needed
