About the Role: In this role who you lead three different teams who manage the delivery of planned maintenance on the waste water network, deliver effective scheduling support to Waste Water Infra Service Delivery and accurately assess contractor feedback and claims for payment through the Sewerage Commercial Model (SCM). In this role you will also utilise both contract partner and direct labour resources in order to deliver cleaning and maintenance activities. Updating and optimising the maintenance plans, based on feedback and updated asset information is another aspect of the Planning Lead position.

As well as being responsible for the coordination and execution of local planning meetings, in association with contract partner and STW service delivery teams, the successful candidate will lead a promote a safe working environment whilst also ensuing all quality standards are met.

Furthermore, you will provide a filter for data integrity, following feedback from contract and STW service delivery teams, whilst also proactively managing and enhancing the internal relationship with all key parties, including contractors STW teams and other supporting departments. Ensuring cost settlement and financial coding is accurate and up to date for SCM and STW work orders is another key aspect to this role, as is managing backlog and rejection meetings designed to drive continuous improvement here at STW.

About You: With experience of managing people and working collaboratively with contract partners and stakeholders across a large geographical area, you will also have experience of working collaboratively with contract partners and stakeholders. The successful candidate will ideally hold experience of programmes SAP and CLICK, process improvements and experience in a planning and scheduling environment.

In order to be successful for this position it is also expected that you will have the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike, as well as being self-motivated and committed to continual improvement, with both strong organisational and facilitation skills. Strong IT skills are also desirable.
