Technical Manager - Residential Construction - Developer / Home builder - Kent|
Our client is a Developer based in Kent, operating in Kent and London areas on projects ranging from £4-35m. With 25 years industry experience they have established a good brand in the market. They are comfortable with the size and nature of projects and are not aiming to chase down the major projects. They believe they have found their niche and know what they are good at which is smaller technically challenging jobs with a strong element of Design. They want to offer the customer originality which is what their brand stands for.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Manager to join their team of 10. The successful candidate will have the following:
* A Construction related degree
* Developer experience is preferable but not essential
* RC Frame and traditional experience is preferred
* Residential experience is a must
* Proven track record of working for a reputable main contractor or developer on residential
In return the Technical Manager will receive the following:
* A basic salary of £67-72k (depending on experience)
