A large FM & Maintenance provider are seeking a Helpdesk Operative / Facilities Coordinator to join a busy team Tyne & Wear.|
The day to day duties will include taking calls, logging jobs, calling engineers and raising invoices.
You will be in charge of ensuring their clients are looked after on a day to day basis.
The client is looking for an experienced administrator / helpdesk operative, someone who is able to multi-task and deal with incoming queries.
They are looking for someone from a facilities background or similar.
This is full time Monday-Friday 40 hours per week.
