Assistant Site Manager with a housebuilder?|

Interested joining a mid-sized housebuilder who are currently expanding across the whole of Scotland?
We are interested in speaking to talented Assistant Site Managers with a strong background in housebuilding, preferably on the private side of the market with knowledge of NHBC standards and Customer Care to join one of our exclusive clients
As Assistant Site Manager you are responsible for the following -
•Assisting the Site Manager on the day to day running of the site
•Supervising multi trades, Assistant Site Managers and working with Sales
•Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed
•Ensuring there is a high level of quality on site
•Liaising with NHBC inspectors
The ideal candidate must have all relevant site qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
You must have experience within the residential sector ideally working for a private house builder although social housebuilding experience will also be considered. It would be beneficial if the right candidate also had previous experience within a housebuilder who operate to high quality standards and understands the importance of this. It is important that you can work to strict time scales and are an excellent communicator. Experience working with a mixture of both flatted and detached property developments would be very beneficial.
