Are you an Electrical Project Manager looking for a new exciting challenge? Are you enthusiastic about delivering a high standard of wok to your projects and achieving timescales?
My client is looking for an Electrical Project Manager that will ensure successful execution and completion of Electrical Installations. You could be looking after a number of projects at any one time, meeting timescales, quality standards and your commercial objectives while managing an excellent working relationship with established clients.
My client has built up an excellent client list over the 30 years of NA of my clients work is the design and build of office, restaurant and high end residential fit out.
Ideally you will come from a similar building services background and similar sectors. Live within a commutable distance of the office and able travel to projects/customer base.
* Work closely with clients and subcontractors.
* Price and mange the projects from cradle to grave
* Take client brief's, receiving tender enquiry, through feasibility, engineering, estimating, to construction, commissioning, handover and final account
* Manage onsite Health & Safety.
* Risk assessments and Method statements.
* Looking after 1-3 projects directly and indirectly
* Oversee / resolve design & construction issues on site.
* Typical project values of £10k to £750k.
