We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Building Services Engineer in Newcastle Upon Tyne. This national company have created a brand new role as part of the their Facilities team to manage a large static site with over 3000 employees. They are looking for an experienced individual to work hands on as well as manage the planned and reactive maintenance, including project works.
You will need to have:

* A maintenance engineer background, electrical, gas, air con all considered

* A proven track record of success in a similar role

* Experience in working with senior managers

* Ability to work as a team as well as alone

They are looking for an engineer with excellent stakeholder management skills, they must also be able to manage external contacts and oversee the performance of the business. This role is all about the right person that fits into the ethos of the business. In return, an excellent package is on offer with a salary of up to £41k per annum plus holidays, pension and additional company benefits.
