My client, one of the UKs fastest growing privately owned FM firms with a strong foothold within the hard services sector, is looking for an experience soft services operations manager round which to build a new team and business. If you have extensive experience within the soft services sector and have business development experience also, or would be interested in growing a business from the ground up, then do not hesitate and apply today!

* Create a Soft FM business throughout the North of England to offer and deliver services such as security and cleaning.
* Assess the existing work stream coming through the current soft FM business and to suggest improvements
* Make sure the business runs profitably having full P&L control
* Vast experience within soft services delivery and development
* Experience of working in both public and private sectors
* Excellent communication skills
