I am looking for an experienced FM contracts manager from a PFI healthcare background to manage one of my clients PFI healthcare and educations contracts in Liverpool. Experience in PFI healthcare contracts is essential and PFI education advantageous, but not essential. On offer is a very competitive package and a clear route of career progression for the successful candidate.
The right candidate does not necessarily have to come from a technical background, but should have experience managing both hard and soft contracts, including experience managing engineers and technicians.

* Manage delivery of both Hard and Soft FM services for one of my client's PFI healthcare contracts in Liverpool
* Ensure smooth and profitable operation through KPIs
* Take full P&L responsibility
* Technical qualifications are advantageous but not essential
* Degree/diploma in FM discipline preferred
You should be able to:
* Plan and mobilise services
* Have excellent commercial acumen
* Have experience with CAFM systems
* Make sure staff are motivated and managed correctly at all times
