Senior Cost Manager|
My client is a unique boutique property consultancy who have been established for over 10 years. Working across all sectors within the private sector they have a deep-rooted understanding of their cients' business requirements coupled with their extensive knowledge of the market and construction industry providing robust leadership on every project. They have a particularly strong reputation within high end residential developments, hotels & leisure and commercial sectors and work with a lot of high profile industry-leading clients and a string of high net-worth individuals.
Who they are looking for?
The right individual will have the ability to forge strong client relationships and have experience within the private consultancy sector. Ideally chartered or working towards you will have a strong technical background in delivering projects on time and within budget. In addition, experience running projects cradle to grave is essential.
Employees have complete autonomy in running projects and managing their own time supported by a strong back office where people are supported on a day to day if needed and for career progression.
This is not a traditional QS practice, therefore, innovative, proactive individuals would fit well within this very dynamic team.
