Provides coordination support to Management Consulting division in all areas of recruiting. Responsibilities include coordinating interview activities, scheduling interview travel, maintaining resume tracking system, providing general administrative assistance, and supporting ad hoc HR duties as needed.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Schedules all interviews across management consulting division
• Arranges interview travel for candidates as needed
•Communicates regularly with MC leadership and hiring managers
•Participates in weekly recruiting calls with management consulting leadership
•Initiates and tracks background check and drug screening information
•Responsible for ordering recruiting materials
•Supports ad hoc HR projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years relevant experience.

All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred.

•Proficiency in MS Office suite
•Previous experience using an ATS; experience with Brass Ring highly preferred
•Outstanding oral and written communication skills
