ASAP - Perm £19,000 to £21,000
Hours 8am to 5pm
Working for a large building services client, your will be dealing with helpdesk calls, this is a very busy and high call volume, candidates must have previous experience in, Helpdesk or Customer Services
A good education is essential, with at least GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent.
Excellent PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook - intermediate to advance level. Would be an advantage if you have used Concept or Maximo
Previous experience of a customer-facing role
Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus.
Excellent customer services skills.
Excellent verbal, and good standard of written, communication skills.
Calm manner, able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities.
