Our client is looking for a Facilities Administrator to join the Facilities team on a FTC, up to 6 months

Main Purpose
Assist the facilities team with a number of duties including post / courier fulfilment, fleet management and administration duties

• Ensure the smooth functioning of all utilities and buildings within the group
• Assist with Fleet services, including insurance claims and hire car booking
• Provide and maintain stock of equipment
• Undertake duties relating to receiving and sending post and parcels
• Shredding sensitive documentation
• Archiving
• Providing data for reports
• Administration duties including data entry into SAP
• Processing stationery requests
• Ordering stationery / photocopy paper
• Stock control of stationery
• Taking readings of franking machines
• Resolve issues with invoices and arranging refunds
• Resolve any delivery issues with couriers

Person Specification
• Must have basic MS Office skills with good attention to detail
• Assertiveness and negotiating skills
• A proactive & practical approach to work

Salary: £16 - 20k
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Holidays: 25 days per annum (pro rata)
