A thriving, award winning charted practice based near Brighton are keen to add an experienced Architectural Technician to their expanding team. This is a permanent role. Salary competitive and negotiable depending on skills and experience. The position has been created as the result of numerous projects being awarded.
This friendly practice specialises in sectors from affordable to high end residential, education, commercial and mixed use on values past £50 million. You will be working on a large variety of projects, from education and residential schemes of varying scales and complexity, to community and civic buildings and have 5+ years' experience within the industry. This would suit someone who is looking for opportunities to develop their skills as well as enhance their existing knowledge within Architecture. You will have:
At least 3 years post Part III UK experience.
Flair for design.
Ability to effectively manage all stages of the project from inception to completion.
Ability to manage several projects concurrently.
High proficiency in AutoCAD and preferable 3D software.
Pro-active and positive disposition.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
