A number of positions have become available for our client in the Basingstoke area. The company sells full telephony solutions to businesses across the south of the country. They are an expanding company and are now looking for telesales executives to join their friendly team.|
The main duties will include:
* Selling full telephony Solutions to businesses.
* B2B cold calling - undertaking at least 250 calls a day.
* Generating new business leads for field sales consultants.
* Collate client information and manage it in a CRM system on a daily basis.
* Building rapport with companies and maintaining this all the way through to arranging a meeting with the field sales consultant.
* Collate and analyse customer bills to help provide an idea of what their savings will be on an annual and monthly basis.
* Meeting monthly targets.
The ideal candidate will:
* Preferably have previous experience in telesales and cold calling - this is not essential as full training will be given.
* Be outgoing and strong willed.
* Be target driven.
* Cope well with working under pressure and to deadlines.
* Have a desire to go above and beyond to achieve sales.
* Must have excellent written and spoken English.
This is a full time permanent position, Monday - Friday 9am until 5pm with a half hour lunch break. They will be happy to consider a part time position for the correct candidate. As the company is based just outside of Basingstoke town centre they offer a shuttle service to and from Basingstoke train station for anybody travelling to Basingstoke.
