Bond Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Executive This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leader with in the telecoms industry.

The role and responsibilities:
Our Customer Experience ("CE") team are our frontline ambassadors - the voice of our company and custodians of our customer experience. They're an outstanding and diverse group of passionate, talented and downright awesome individuals who go out of their way every day to help our customers make the most of the business communications solutions they've bought through us.
As CE Executive you'll take ownership of a broad range of our customers' needs, issues and the occasional complaint (yep, we might be the best in the industry, but even we don't get it completely right every time). So you'll be multi-tasking, juggling competing priorities and often demanding SLAs, but all the while being completely focussed on resolving their queries and keeping them happy.
We've enjoyed meteoric growth in recent times and won loads of awards in recognition of what we do. We're therefore looking for more great people to join our CE team, to help us uphold and build upon our reputation for customer excellence with our ever increasing customer base. Additional Information ?19,000 - ?22,000 pa Pension, Holiday entitlement bonus and further training
º a genuine, cut-me-and-I-bleed-customer-experience passion for customer service
º customer service experience with telecoms technologies(ideally) or other IT services
º a working knowledge of mobile telephony, fixed lines, broadband and/or WAN
º a willingness to occasionally support our 24/7 customers by working out of hours, on a rota
º a passion for people that makes you a great person to have in the team
º 5+ GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent), ITIL Foundation and/or NVQ in Customer Service
º a driving licence and car (ideally)
