I am currently recruiting for a Service desk Analyst with strong 1st/2nd line support experience to work for a media firm in Central London. I am looking for someone who is keen to progress in their career and to be reliable working in a hands on technical environment.
You will have the responsibility of providing remote and face to face support for the users within the company resolving any technical issues that may occur. Also you would need to be confident in taking charge of issues to the best of your ability in timely manner.
Key Skills required for the Service Desk Analyst:
- MAC (Advantageous)
- Active Directory
- Windows 7/8/10
- MS Office
- Telephony Support
- Printer troubleshooting
Apart from the technical skills required you will also need to have excellent communication skills, be reliable and able to work on own initiative and have an ability to liaise with users from ground to board level.
