Renewals Administrator required in Rochdale to join an expanding security company |
Your new company
A market leading, established and expanding security company with newly furnished and modern offices, based in Rochdale with easy access from the M62/M60/M66.
Your new role
Your primary role will be the full responsibility of the renewal of expiring contracts with existing customers in a timely fashion offering after sales warranty packages to customers whilst updating the warranty log accordingly. Working alongside the sales and customer service teams you will be responsible for processing customer orders and assisting customers when required with enquiries.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working in a fast paced office environment, the ability to quickly process new information, an excellent telephone manner and a strong customer service focus are all essential skills. Previous sales / up-selling experience would also be desirable.
