My client is a market leading global software solution provider to the retail sector and they are currently looking for a senior level Project Manager to join their client facing delivery team.
This exciting Technical Implementation Project Manager role will see you manage the delivery of omni-channel retail solutions to large, household name retail clients. You will work across the full software delivery lifecycle (including development) of multiple projects of varying size and will be responsible for managing virtual technical teams made up of systems, development, network installation and engineering resources as well as 3rd parties. You will get involved in projects at an early stage, planning resources and overseeing daily implementation activities, risks and dependencies. You will report on project progress and will work closely with other departments within the business to ensure the smooth management of customer installations and expectations, ultimately ensuring that software projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the clients satisfaction.
This is a demanding Technical Implementation Project Manager role with plenty of scope for initiative and self-development. To be considered you must have proven experience in managing medium to large size multi-site software projects. You will possess a good knowledge of the software development and delivery lifecycles and will be used to managing both technical and non-technical teams and resources. You must be an excellent communicator with strong client facing skills and you will have the ability to work under pressure. Highly organised with proven time management skills, you will bring experience of handling multiple projects at any one time and an ability to embrace issues and solve problems.
