Support Analyst, 1st/2nd Line Support, Support Engineer, Service Desk Analyst, Helpdesk Engineer|
IT Support Analyst required on a Permanent basis for a multinational retail organisation based in Chester.
The successful 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer will have a "can do" attitude and great enthusiasm to progress within a growing organisation. This is a great opportunity for a Support Engineer to have full exposure to all things infrastructure in an active, fast paced work place.
- Excellent communication skills
- All Windows server and desktop operating systems
- Windows 7/8
- Hardware & Software support
- Solid understanding of SQL Server
- VWware vSphere
- Exchange 2010 / 2013 experience
- CRM Systems
